These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Nardozzi Paving & Construction, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our waste hauling and dumpster rental services and our SMS messaging program. By using our services or participating in our SMS program, you agree to these Terms.
SMS Messaging Program Terms
Program/Brand Name: Nardozzi Paving & Construction, LLC
Program Description: Nardozzi Paving & Construction, LLC sends customers service-related SMS communications, including order confirmations, delivery updates, service reminders, and account notifications.
Messages are sent only after a customer has provided explicit verbal consent during a phone call with a Nardozzi Paving & Construction, LLC representative. After consent is captured verbally, the representative manually enters the customer’s mobile number into our system to enable SMS messaging.
Message Frequency: You will receive up to 5 messages per rental per month. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Messages are recurring throughout your rental period.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile carrier plan for details. Nardozzi Paving & Construction, LLC is not responsible for charges assessed by your wireless carrier.
How to Opt Out: You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive any additional SMS messages from us unless you
re-enroll by providing verbal consent again.
How to Get Help: Reply HELP to any message from us at any time to receive information about the program, or contact us directly at [Hauler Phone] or [Hauler Email].

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside of our control.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile telephone number provided in order to participate in the SMS program. By providing verbal consent, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Supported Carriers: SMS messaging is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability is subject to change without notice.
